A news to inform you that recently RealWorld Cursor Editor software was launched in version 2009.1.

For those who don't know RealWorld Cursor Editor, it's a free application that allows you to create, edite and animate cursors.

With any picture, in a few clicks RealWorld Cursor Editor helps you convert them to cursors. This application offers many drawing tools such as pencil, line, curve, rectangle, ellipse, polygon, flood fill, text, projected shadow and more, but also contains several predefined filters covering color corrections, sharpening, softening, motion blur, and other effects.



Well OK, this isn't a new software, but RealWorld Cursor Editor was not updated since two years. This version got updates from Paint.COM and it brings many new features like :

- Layer support: create reaster images with layers or cursors with layers
- Arbitrary selections: select regions and apply effects to them.
- Languages: application can be translated to any language.
- Smart file type handling: .cur, .ani and, .rcu file types are used as needed.
- Redesigned wizards: faster to use due to modeless configuration windows
- Animatioin preview window: animation preview window capable of adjusting cursor hot spot.
- Portable version: works on Win2000, WinXP, Vista, Win7.
- Extensibility (SDK available): people can create plug-ins.

This application is easy to use and it available for the operating system Window (2000, XP, Vista and 7).
