Recently, WinStep have released the beta version of Nexus 9.5, the dock which is in WinStep Xtreme suite of applications.

So, the opportunity for us to discover this dock entirely customizable, but also to see the different free docks that we can find on the web to to launch our applications or access our favorites files easily.

Nexus is a free dock that allows you to customize your desktop and launch quickly your most frequently used programs.



Easy to use, you can define entirely the parameters of your dock through a clear and simple interface with many options and a multitude of effects. Thus, you can :

- put the dock where you want (and if you have a dual screen, you can choose the monitor upon which you want the dock)
- drag and drop icons to add your favorites applications
- import wallpapers, skins, themes (Fully compatible with skins for all other docks)
- manage the transparency of the dock
- choose that the dock auto-hide and auto-collapse to take up as little screen space as possible
