Microsoft Windows 7 arrives 22nd October

That's it... Yesterday, Microsoft have finally unveiled the launch date of Windows Vista successor! 
Rumors were found... and Acer Manufacturers spilled the beans !
Yes ! Windows 7 will be available this autumn, and will will be in stores beginning October 22nd. And it's Brandon LeBlanc, Windows Communications Manager at Microsoft, who had the privilege to announce it via the official Windows Blog !
So, the final version of Windows 7 will be available in the shops for the end of the year, for holiday season !
And during a keynote address at Computex 2009 in Taipei, Steve Guggenheimer, Microsoft's Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Division Corporate Vice President, also said that the RTM code (Release to Manufacturing) will deliver to partners in the second half of July.
Three months to give manufacturers time to integrate the new OS to their new computers... An Upgrade Option Program will enable participating retailers and OEMs to offer a special deal to upgrade to Windows 7 for customers purchasing a qualifying PC (for the moment we haven't any more information about this program).
Now, what will be the price of the different versions of Windows 7 ?
