Recently, Panasonic has launched, for the sixth consecutive year, his famous European online digital photo contest : Lumix Award 2008/2009.




Launched for six months (29 october 2008 to 31 march 2009), Lumix Award is a contest to showcase the unique creativity associated with digital photography and to suggests an interactive platform for passionate people about photographs.

The principle is simple, each month you can send a photo taken with a digital camera on the theme defined by the contest and have the chance :


to be elected winner of the month and win a Panasonic Lumix FZ28



to be the overall winner of the Lumix Award competition and receive Panasonic's next generation of digital cameras : the Lumix DMC-G1



or even to be among the finalists and win a Lumix LX3.
