As you probably know, yesterday Microsoft have published Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 for public !

Remind that a service pack is a collection of updates, fixes and enhancements to a software program delivered in the form of a single installable package.

About Windows 7 SP1, there is no novelty but only a bunch of security updates and the integration of all previously released updates which were previously available through Windows Update.

As regards Windows Server 2008 R2, the SP1 includes RemoteFX and Dynamic Memory which provides customers with the ability to take advantage of enhanced server and desktop virtualization.

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is available to everyone via the Microsoft Download Center and via Windows Update.
