This week
Mozilla Firefox has celebrated its fifth birthday!
Yes, Firefox 1.0 was released on November 9th, 2004!
And for celebrating Firefox 5th Anniversary, I invite you to discover the evolution of Mozilla Firefox's toolbar, interface and logo.
When Firefox 1.0 launched five years ago, it was not the first version of the web browser. Mozilla Firefox is descended from the Mozilla Application Suite. It was born in 2002 and
was originally titled Phoenix, then in 2003 it was renamed Firebird and next
on February 9, 2004, Mozilla Firebird became Mozilla Firefox.

Mozilla Firefox logo's evolution:
When I made this history of Mozilla Firefox, with some versions of the web browser
I have encountered some bugs such as impossibility to watch a video, problems with websites display...
This experience shows to me that
Internet has evolved during these last years and as a result web browsers too. They should to adapt their self to new technologies, new contents, etc.
Personally, I discovered Internet in 2003 with Internet Explorer. At the end of 2004, I started using Mozilla Firefox. Since September, 2009, I am using the new version of Opera.
And you, when did you discover the internet ? What was your first web browser ? Firefox ? Internet Explorer ? etc.
Don't hesitate to share with us your story with Firefox or another web browser.
I love these evolutions, even though this one is only a few years. But still, it's amazing to see how much things change in so little time.
Yeah, thanks Enigmatux!
