Google Chrome

Some of you we will be happy to learn that a system to add themes is now activated in the newest developer release of Google's browser (from 3.0.195.3 version), so you can change the appearance of tab bar and favorite list. : )

Two themes are now available under Windows and Mac OS X: Camo et Snowflakes. To activate them, it's easy. You have just to copy the link and launch it from the Google Webbrowser (it's a CRX file). Chrome will then switch themes and give you a yellow alert it did so.

Google Chrome Themes

Of course, Google is working on a new version where management of themes will be directly from the options menu of Google Chrome. If you download the latest version of Chrome for developers, you can see on the home page a thumbnail with the gallery of Google Chrome themes, but for the moment, the link is inactive.

Meanwhile, if you want to make your own themes, developers of Chromium have published a tutorial to help you. ;)
