Here a small application, totally free, which allows you to make nice effects on your photos : Sqirlz Water Reflections 2.5.

Sqirlz Water Reflections 2.5 by xiberpix allows you to add animated effects of waves, rain, snow, rippling or reflection of water...very realistic on your pictures.



You can define the parameters of each effect. You can choose from a variety of ripple shapes, and control details such as wave size, perspective, water transparency and flow direction. The raindrops and snowflakes can be adjusted in many ways, including size, speed, direction, transparency and scene depth effects. Animations can be saved in different formats as swf (Flash), Avi, animation GIF, bitmap, JPG, PNG...
