Just a little news to inform you that 360desktop is now in version 0.7.

Remember, a few months ago we discovered this nice and original tool for Windows XP and Windows Vista (only 32 bits), totally free, allowing you to enlarge your workspace on a surface of 360 degrees , and so better organize it (read the article Your desktop at 360 with 360desktop).

Unfortunately, at that time choice of wallpapers was really limited, and many others features weren't available.

But now, if you go to the official website of 360desktop, you will see that since July 2008 this application changed.






From now on, you can download many wallpapers suggested by the editor, and also the ones realized by 360desktop users.

Moreover, if you are registered to the site, you can create stunning wallpapers (from photo-panoramas, or create 360 image montages from your favorite photos, graphics, or online albums like Flickr...) and share them with everyone into the gallery of 360desktop, and also via various social networks such as Facebook, MySpace or other blogs.



Still in beta version, if you want to try 360desktop, here the minimum system requirements :

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
- Adobe Flash Player
- Pentium III 800MHz or faster processor
- 250MB hard disk space
- 512MB RAM
- 1024 x 600 monitor with 256 colors
