Here is an application for Windows which allows you to view magnificent views of the Earth on your desktop, but also on your screen saver : EarthView.



EarthView is a dynamic desktop which displays beautiful high-resolution images (even beyond 2560x1600) of the Blue Planet, from different days (with daylight or with the shadows of the night), from different view, even taking the hours of the day into account.



The application offers many options such as:

- choice of view : map of the world or globe and mode artistic or photographic
- support for urban areas and city lights
- location and local time of more than 3000 cities worldwide
- management clouds and atmospheric effects
- customization of the globe or map : angle, position on the desktop, zoom...
- 64 bit support

Attention, the latest version of the program, EarthView 3.9.2 is only available on Windows 2000, XP , Vista, Server 2003.
