Hello to everybody. I'm not used to writing news, but the situation is such that I have no choice.
This week has been really full of important events for all of us, the team and the admins. Lots of changes have come, changes that have been in the pipeline for weeks. Now, it's official, CrystalXP has been bought, just as a large number of other sites, when they're becoming more and more popular, when their stats are pretty good, it makes commercial corporations want to buy them. We couldn't avoid it.
CrystalXP is now part of Cyréalis group.
It won't won't change lots of things for you. First of all, CrystalXP becomes a profit-making company, and all the icons, tux and other graphic ressources that were made by EVeradlo cannot be used anymore by the site. The Tux Factory will now close, the Crystal Bricopacks won't be available for download and Everaldo's next icon pack, Crystal Project, won't be distributed on CrystalXP. But our community can do something about it. There're enough talented graphics designers to create icons and mascots that could interest the whole community.
The second direct consequence, far more regretable, is the departure of dlb and Didas. The creator of the site and one of its best admins decided to quit CrystalXP. I won't say anything about their decision, it's theirs, not ours.
Anyway, the site will keep the same spirit. Downloads will stay free, and the evolution of the site will continue.
And I forgot to tell you, let's finish on good news, the "V4" is now completely finished. It's been in the internal beta-test phase for a couple of days now, and it should be online tonight at 5PM GMT. Be patient

On peut toujours essayer d'éspèrer pour la V4, vous savez que ce serait un sacré cadeau, et un bon lancement pour le site....
