Once again, a planning respected perfectly!
So, now
you can download Ubuntu 9.10 aka Karmic Koala in its final version directly from
its official website.
Remind that this new version corrects some bugs, brings new versions of some software and also some new features such as :
- the
Ubuntu Software Center , replacing 'Add/Remove' in the Applications menu. We kindly request users to try it out, and report any bugs they find.
- the integration of
Gnome 2.28 with Empathy which has replaced Pidgin as the default instant messaging client
- the integration of
Upstart to improve and speed up the boot of your PC
