After the culinary passion in Ratatouille, here today appears on the big american screen, the new feature film of Disney-Pixar : WALL-E (Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class),written and directed by Andrew Stanton, produced by Jim Morris and co-produced by Lindsey Collins.
This time, it is in the world of science fiction that we are entering !

The hero of the story is WALL-E, a little robot, type R.O.B., with a limited language (it does not speak), the last household robot, the last living being on planet Earth !

Imagine, 1h40 of film whose the main character is devoid of speech ! We can say : long live the Pixar magic !

Through their 3D imaging technique, their animations and a beautiful and original sound universe, composed by Ben Burtt and according to people who had the opportunity to watch the film in preview, Pixar would have suceeded to make a film, baring of dialogue, a real jewel !


The story : WALL-E, a garbage compactor robot, lives on planet Earth and makes the same job since 700 years ! In addition, it is the last living being on this desert planet. Damaged by pollution and climatic disasters, the humanity decide to quit the blue planet leaving WALL-E to clean it !
Curious, indiscreet and very alone, WALL-E sees his sad life changed by the arrival of a female robot named Eve !



Of course, he falls in love with her and when Eve is recalled in the space in order to finish her mission, it is out of the question to let fall his lady love, the only love of his life ! So, he hotfoots after Eve and it is here that begins his adventure in the space !



The film is based on the work of images and writing material, on the expressions of the characters, inventive script and full of humour... Of course also about music and sound effects !
WALL-E is an original, touching and full of charm animated film ! A fable about love, dehumanization, robots and the hope that one day revive the human warmth !
