Well, since mid-may you can free download on PDF version (normally worth 29,95$ that is to say 19,20euros) on Sitepoint the book of "The Photoshop Anthology", written by Corry Haffly.
278-page to discover relating the different functionalities of the famous software of Adobe (such as learn the basic tools or create animated GIF, create buttons...) with color illustrations. It delivers us 101 tricks !
Attention, there are all the same some icebergs on the horizon:
