And instead of Mod USWx, just put DKH. Drop the Mod part of it.

For your request, you should have post it HERE and without a base image to work on (i mean the background), it is quite diffcult (I think I can say impossible) to realise what you want (instead of course if you want an awfull thing)

I told you that it was impossible to do what you want without the background, because it's impossible to erase only the labels without erasing the background.
