you didn't say what you want ?  

do you mean replacing the actual windows check box by the one on your screenshot
if so, you'll have to edit the .msstyle of the windows style you want
using a progam like the one on TGT soft website, I don't remember the name of the program but if you go on their website you'll find it. I think it has a 30 day limit

It's called StyleBuilder, but you'll also need to download StyleXP from the same site here. Hope it helps

CrystalXP is a combination of icons, visual styles and pictures. In the older version they included splash panel and object dock. (what happened to them in the new pack dlb?) Bricomix kindly helped dlb and the rest of the crew, and put it all into an installation package. That is what crystalXP is. (The crystal theme was from Everaldo.com). Hope that helps!
