I have uploaded my newest wallpaper (a simple one ) and licenced (sorry for bad spelling) it under GNU GPL.

Why does it say Licence: Read-Me? Shouldn't it be GNU GPL?

How would you like the GNU GPL license to have a legal value if there is no text ?

Moreover, it's not because the GNU GPL is a "free" license that it allows you to do whatever you want with the creations under it, so it has to precize the limitations of it...

No, he said he has choosen GNU GPL as licence and in the Gallery it's written "Read-me".  

Et en français (pour être sûr) : il a choisi comme licence "GNU GPL" lors de l'upload de sa création et dans la Galerie il est marqué "Licence : Read-Me".
