I saw water effect wallpaper. It's posted few days ago. I posted some works back in December and none of them are approved. If I give you names of my works, would you approve them finally or tell me they suck??

P.S. This water effect is a good work, I have nothing against it.

I think you must PM dlb or Didas (or another moderators) for that

you know, just try to send a PM to an admin (Didas for exemple ) and ask him why your work is not accepted, or maybe they just forget.
