I think  he said that you (the team) should make a new theme for the forum.

In french (on sait jamais avec la fatigue ): Il pense que vous devriez faire un nouveau thème pour le forum.

If you look carefully, you can see on the forum left bottom that the skin belongs to crystalXP because they have made it.
whenever you dislike it, crystalxp have done the skin, and it's not a standard PHP BB forum skin.
