#note: it's last release before 9 - which will be released later than I expected as I started works on new core, so I decided to publish what was done so far on old "9" core as RC4 with preview of new jelly windows plugin. More information on my blog.
All that cause I started working on new core - and as it might take me some time to write it - I decided to release what I had already prepared still under 8 version as RC4. (without some features, as I stopped development of those in middle when I focused on completely changing core)
