Hey guys im new here and i dont know if they made a thread on this but i cant find it, but heres my question.  i want to know how to change the loading screen of windows xp (when it loads and you see the bar moving) and how to change the windows xp welcome screen.  help would be very much appreciated

I used to change it all the time earlier. Don't really remember any more.

oh i was thinking maybe someone here can help post because i thought this website might have some skins for the boot and load screen.  i perfer stuff from here because there is no viruses and i feel that the items here dont have alot of problems

try belchfire.net they have logon screens and all you have to do is change a system file *cough*easy huh...
