is there other way to install the theme i download? cause i read at biropack you can only use it at sp 2

Nope, I (and most people I know) use Bricopacks on Windows XP SP3.

are you sure? sp3? or you are using sp2? if you are using sp3 can you teach me how... cause i cant use the theme or the biropack i downloaded
