can anyone tell me if the vista theme will work on windows xp with sp 3 if not how can i remove it and then install theme then reinstall the sp  please and thanks

You mean the Vista Inspirat Bricopack, right?
 
If so, follow the following steps:
 
- uninstall all Bricopacks
- install SP3
- install Vista Inspirat
