I'm running XP Professional, and as mentioned in the title, changed it visually to a "Windows 7 Ultimate" Theme I found on CrystalXP.net. While I like the modern Taskbar, the colors in general are MUCH too bright for my taste. Especially when working with Eclipse IDE (some sort of Editor ...), the appearance is nearly "white" with almost no differentiation between lighter gray colors.
 
Since there seems to be no possibility to change those basic colors in some ini-File, I guess the only solution to my problem would be a completely other Theme, which is "modern" as well, but keeps most of the "warmer" appearance I liked with my native "Classical" XP-Style.
 
Does such an alternative Windows 7 (or Vista..) Theme exist?
