Whenever I try to use Styler, I never get the option to enable the Stylertoolbar in my Explorer or IE. I have noticed, that when reinstalling it, I get an error, so is that the source of the problem?  Could someone please tell me how to get this to work! I want a vista transform!

Can't you right-click a blank area on your Windows Explorer toolbar and check StylerToolbar?
If not, then try this (as an administrator):
 
Start menu -> Run -> Type in the following and press OK.
