Hello, sorry to bother anyone but I have looked for a similar thread and I haven't found one.
 
K, so my problem is, there's this theme I really like on CrystalXP and for some reason, it doesn't work.

Whenever I try to download it the file just won't work. It's starting to download but then it simply stops.  
 
My question is if anyone could help me/tell me where can I get the same theme?

Hey I tried it and it worked, so thanks!  
My only problem is that when I click on the theme file (I already extracted it) it just won't open
Is there a guide here that could help?

umm some files may require extracting programs such as winrar which cost money but has free trial version or 7zip whuch is completly free. you can find these by searching google.

you might need to patch it if it isn't a microsoft theme. try using uxtender it patches xp to allow themes that aren't by microsoft.
