I restarted my pc around 45mins ago and when it restarted it logged back in under windows classic.
 
I tried to change the theme but aero theme is not an option.
 
I googled some stuff yet could not find anything to help me.
 
 
 
I just bought this pc on Saturday.  
 
Only themes I have
 
when i try to manually click on it it gives me an error message saying
 
" The theme could not be loaded because the theme service is not running"
 
I looked under services, theme settings and it said falied so rlight clicked and it click on start and it gives me the following  
 
"Error 126: The specified module could not be found."

Does anyone know anything about this...if it can be fixed?

What Windows do you have and which service pack?

 
I have windows vista home premium, 64 bit, Service Pack 1
 
It's an HP model.

only theme i have is windows classic..
 
no windows vista basic or aero theme..

Have you tried installing SP2?

I got it to work again..
 
my friend gave me a winrar to download some patched uxtheme files
 
and replaced the old ones and added anoher file i didnt have and it worked...
