I have a Dell Latitude c500 1ghz 512 ram Windows Xp SP3.  It's not a powerful computer but it's all I need for work.  I installed vista inspirat2 and now can't open programs when I go to the start - all programs - and chose a program.  The computer hangs up for a bit and then I get a Windows Explorer error.  Opening the error box shows there is a shell32.dll problem??  Other than this everything works fine.  I like this program and would appreciate any advice in taking care of this.  Thanks in advance for suggestions.
