Hello I've yet again... Found another problem with Vista! (Shocker)    
 
Ok you seen my last post about my ram usage well I have lowered it to 1.23gbs!    But, now my CPU usage is bouncing around wildly in the 7%-51% range and its really sucking the speed out of my computer.   My regular usage is 4-6 with chrome.
So far I've traced down the problem to to processes  not listed in the task manager to svchost.exe which goes crazy randomly, dwm.exe (desktop manager For themes icons areo effect Etc.) , and system nt kernal.
 The rest of the processes are 0.1 Cpu usage and doesn't really effect my usage.
 

P.s. Chrome isn't my problem
 

 

 
I have not idea why this is happening and its driving me mad!!
