So i just got a new computer, but it has windows xp and I liked the vista theme. I have a theme,but first I know I need to patch the UXtheme thing first with uxtheme multi-patcher. I have the right version but when i click it to use it a windows comes up and says...
"UXTheme Multi-Patcher v6.0 has detected that there's any windows NT setup file in c:\windows\i386
It's not recommended you continue with this. Please eject your Windows NT Cd or move that folder to somewhere else." I don't understand this and what am I supposed to do? I really want to be able to use other themes. Please help! Thanks a lot in advance!

You can also change some properties in the theme to make it compatable with the windows without a patch.
