When I click "Delete" in the right click menu explorer.exe crashes.    
Happened recently,

Try other users (if any) and safemode.
 
You might also want to download http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html and delete all the crap from your context menu, reboot, and see if the problem persists.
