How do you mean you can't shutdown? Do you get an error or what?

 
I can't shutdown, restart and standby. And I didn't get any error while installing.

What happens when you try to shutdown? Nothing? Can you continue to use your computer?

 
When I click shutdown nothing happend. I can continue to use mycomputer.
