if you have AVG disable resident sheild when running border skin, it will work fine...

Wouldn't you be exposing your PC to other viruses by doing so?

Panda AV tells the same thing Hook DLL.dll is detected as virus Bck.poision wich is detected as a backdoor more details at http://www.pandasecurity.com/spain [...] rus=191929
how can this be fixed?

Wait for a fix to be released, mark it as safe in Panda or stop using Border Skin.

ok i sent hook dll.dll to Pandasecurity and they replied this:

For those still having doubts of downloading this software i have to tell you it looks really good i like it and there is no such thing as virus in hook dll.dll so ENJOY THIS SOFTWARE WITH ALL CONFIDENCE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY
