I am looking for a program that can allow me to make my own groups, I am not that good at English, so I will try to show you:
 
When I right-click I can > Arrange icons by > Show in groups
and it will look like this:

it is grouped liked: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i etc.
 
 
but I want it like this:

I want it grouped liked: Adriana lima, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Simpson, Beyonce, Brooke Burke etc.
