Hi...
So i installed the Vista Inspirat theme right...like i had it on my computer also before i formatted but now when i installed it after formatting, the rocketdock in it does not have the option to be "Always on Top"
 
Any Suggestions?

Are you saying that you've installed, then uninstalled and re-inslalled the Vista Inspirat bricopack?
 
Anyway these may help you
 
1 Exit The Rocket Dock and run it again
2 Did you try restarting the Computer?
3 Download and install Rocket Dock to the same destination folder

 
Ok besides that i just told what i had done
And no i havent installed the pack over the pack
i installed the rocket dock first the feature wasnt there so i went to www r*ck*td*ck com and then installed it over the same one and still no luck

nvm i solved it
