ObjectBar has been updated to version 2.1.  ObjectBar allows users to   create custom desktop environments including start bars, dock, menus, program   launchers, etc.  It's very customizable and even supports DesktopX widgets   and compatibility with Stardock Virtual Desktops.

This   latest update includes Vista and WindowBlinds fixes, plus support for Vista   64-bit.
