nLite Tutorial
How to customize your xp cd without too much difficulties? nLite of course. We will go trhough the wizard step by step with this toturial with screenshots (sorry, but i took the french screenshots)
Here we go on the nLite welcome page. Choose the language you want and click next
In this step, you have to copy the contents of your win xp cd in the directory of your choice. when it's done, choose the directory and all the informations from th cd will be automatically detected.
Ii will try to explain as easy as i can all the steps
The pre-selections screens, we can skip this one cause we didn't had any installation before
The screen of the service pack integration. You'll need the files to integrate it
nLite also propose the integration of update so select it
This step allows to installe hardware(scanner, webcam, printer) in the same time as window. The files for your hardware are in the c:\windows\inf directory.
You can choose wich components of windows you want and those you don't want. Be sure you know what you select 
The nLite automatic mode allow you to skip the part in wich, during the installation, you'll have to enter the cd-key. The parameters are very simple.
In this steps. you can boost the frequency of your usb port, upgrade the number of connection that sp2 can have (10 by default), desactivate the protection of the windows file. and you can apply, directly at the installation, a uxtheme.dll to use themes etc.
Be patient.. In this step, all you have to do is wait
Finally, the creation of the iso file that you'll have to burn it with the software you want
For the specifics attributs, don't touch it. advance user only
Caution. to create the ise file, click on create and not on next cause you'll have to start all over again
