Created by unknown programmers, nLite is a genial software that allow you to customize your windows installation cd like you want.
you can, just as an exemple, delete some windows components (windows messenger, MSN explorer, Outlook express), install the drivers for your hardware, install the software you want, update windows with security patch but the main function, and the best, is the splitstream (integration) of a service pack on the cd. And it's free 
This software is easy to use and intuitive, with many languages.
This steps is maybe hard to understand, but you just have to take your windows cd to customize and copy the contents of the cd in a rep our your choice (C:\CDXP as a exemple)
