Hey, sosoe222, it's simple:

1. Take your Windows CD.
2. Integrate some of these programs.
3. Burn the CD (you can use CD-RW, DVD-RW whatever you like).
4. Windows will install the software for you (automatically).

Unattended Windows installation CD  
Feel free to check out the video tutorials or ask any questions if you're still in doubt.

So you mean, when I integrate (for example Adobe Reader), it will be automaticly installed within Windows?

P.S. Is it legal?

Yes, when you integrate Adobe Reader it will be automatically installed.

It's legal for personal use

hmmm i have found that rado354 is posting this topic in many forums. I typed "Integrate software into your Windows installation CD" in google search and got the same post by same person. good work rado354 keep on spreading the idea.

i have had bad experiences with nlite, although it is a comenable tool. when i used it to make a custom install cd removing some parts of xp like startups and services i later could not install some programs, had problems with drivers and even a BSOD of which i did not have when doing an install from the regular cd. i will say that this is a very good post and a nice list of programs you can add to a cd..um..dvd5..um..dvd9 ya that's better. thanks.

I have only one recommendation to make, which could make the whole thing a bit easier:
 
Store the Application window's title (name) in a variable, so that when a new script is created you need to do less changes.
(change once on the beginning of the script and then forget about it)
 
But other than that - very clear & precise - even without audio!
