ViStart is not in the control panel remove programs. I have tried to delete it from program files but I just get an error message saying cannot delete APITypes.dll it is being used by another program. So I don't know what to do. I would greatly appreciate any help.

well are you sure vistart is closed???

but actually i found i had to go to task manager and stop the program then delete...
