Hi, I've just installed CRYSTAL, it all seem's to work and looks nice. The problem I have, is that I prefer to use MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK 2003 rather than OUTLOOK EXPRESS. When I click on the e-mail icon in the CRYSTAL toolbar it opens OUTLOOK EXPRESS which I dont use. Can somebody tell me how to change it so it opens MICROSOFT OFFICE OULOOK 2003 please.

I suppose you've installed Crystal Clear

First uninstall the shellpack, and then reinstall it. While you install the pack uncheck the 'Outlook Express' option from the components view
