If you are an administator, you can delete and create new passwords.
Why do you need to know the password anyway? Did you forget it?

Actually, Legace, you cannot do that any more in SP3. They removed that feature.

PS - You're talking about through Administrative Tools>>Computer Management>>Users  right?

Well you could try to logon to the default Administrator account in safemode. That might still work.
