Hi. My computer is a Pentium IV 3.00 Ghz with 2 Gb RAM and a ATI Radeon X1650 512 Mb graphic card. My resolution is 1680 x 1050.
True Transparency is still quite slow tracing window's edges :fouet: , is there any method to execute TT faster?

Thanks  :happy2:

Have you tried TT on other computers?

TT is pretty not the fastest app around, so I doubt your system is hindering TT in any way. Thats just how TT is (probably)..

I just tested TT on a P4 2.8GHz, 2GB RAM, ATi Radeon 9600 and it seemed pretty ok. A little "ugly" when moving Windows, though..

Sometimes it`s a little bit slow, but most of the time it`s working great here (P4, 3Ghz, 1024 Ram)

Use the taskmanager to set priority "high" and disable/exclude TT on other running apps

The other option for transparency is buy Windowsblinds (19 ¤ - but it`s slow too) or Vista  :happy2:

I think Windowsblinds is slower than TT :oui: And about Vista, you'll need more than 128MB VGA  & it costs more than 19 €

Yes, and works better in my office computer (AMD 2,2 Ghz, 1024 mb RAM, NVIDIA Geforce 5500, Win XP SP3, Bricopack Vista Inspirat 2) and in my notebook (Pentium IV 1,73 Ghz, 1,5 RAM Win XP SP3, Bricopack Vista Inspirat 2)....

I've already did that, with "real time" priority, it's the same....

How many tasks are running in your taskmanager?

Turn off all tasks (turn off all other programs) and see how it works without the other programs
