Yes it does. Remeber to uninstall all other shellpacks (Bricopack, Vista Transformation Pack, etc.) first.

Yes, its a Bricopack ( = shellpack)

Codename M2K, the problem is the uninstalling and your original systemfiles. You can install many shellpacks at the same time, they will work - but you never will be able to replace your original xp-systemfiles after uninstall.

The first bricopack make a copy of your systemfiles (for uninstalling)
The second Shellpack make a copy of the customized systemfiles from the first shellpack (here you loose your original xp-files)

install Shellpack B, uninstall Shellpack B,
install transformationspack X, uninstall transformationspack X
