i had just put on the visual style but the new shell on the right does not appear....!!!

Did you replace the shellstyle with another shellstyle?

Maybe it means "I can`t use visual-styles" - please read this

I've never seen any VS with right-sided shellstyle , the background-images do appear on right but the menus appear either on very left or below toolbar-icons
