so i was downloading sp3 on my xp when it finished it rebooted and the brico pack was gone i tried to uninstall it from the start menu short cut and it didn't work from the control panel add or remove programs and it couldn't find a destination it only left the folder behind what should i do?!

Ok, you have new systemfiles now, when you uninstall the bricopack it will replace your old systemfiles, thats bad.

Delete the folder C:\Windows\BricoPacks

and these files if they are also in the C:\Windows folder:

- BricoPackFolderDelete.cmd
- BricoPackLock.lock
- BricopackUninst.cmd
- BricoPackUninst.txt

Now you should be able to install a new bricopack with your new systemfiles

By the way, your signatures is to big, our rules say: 320x80 pixels and should not exceed 40Kb
(we have members around the world on dialups, so we want use too big signatues)

Fixed the signature i have 1 more problem tho you see the brico pack didn't fully uninstall there's still the "vista Inspirat 2" file is still  here well just some traces a couple of dll files also the folders dont look like old school xp they look like vista folders any help?

Refresh the icon cache, download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it, at the bottom is the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot) ...
