I just wondered if its safe to delete all the stuff in my temporary files because theres some Vista Inspirat stuff in there.

We don`t laugh, yes you can delete all temp-folder/files without any problems  

You can also delete all files in (not the folder)

1. c:\windows\system32\dllcache\

2. c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\

3. c:\windows\$Uninstall----$  (old windows updates)

4. c:\windows\driver cache\i386\

But if you have enough space on your harddisc you don`t need to delete the files, it`s for experts

PS - If you know any other way to free space, could you tell me?

Download and run CCleaner (Google it).
Then:

Click Start | Programs |  Accessories | System Tools | Disk Cleanup (select C drive).
Select the More options tab once it has calculated (don't worry, this might take long )

Choose Clean up under "System Restore.

Wait for a while. It will appear "Not responding" if you click it..
Then press OK to clean other crap, too.

Check your swap file (virtual memory)

How about to delete software you don`t need?
