Didn't wanna clog up the forums with another thread and this involves the same BricoPack as well.  Anyway, I just installed it and everytime I click the start button and close it on the desktop, the top 1/8th of the menu bar always gets "stuck" as an image on the desktop.  This only happens if I'm on my desktop.  It disappears though once I open a window above it.  Anyone know what's causing it?  Using SP3 here.  Thanks.

You should open a new thread for this, a moderator will see this faster and he will help you.

Anyway, I don't really understand what you mean, please post a picture.

Try to disable Y'z Shadow. It should help.

Thank you.  I'll see if I get a reply and answer to my question following this, if not, I'll start a new thread.  Very cool stuff here.  Been using it for a few years now.  Just haven't been visiting the forums 'till now.

Thanks.  Disabled and quit the app actually and it still occurs.  It's only the very top of the start menu that gets "stuck" (everything above "My Documents" in this theme).  Opening up any window to cover what's left behind gets rid of it, but if you're just on the desktop it stays.

Thats a known problem (as far as I understand the problem, maybe make a screenshot).
Don`t hide gadgets/apps behind the startmenue...

Currently, the Bricopacks only support x86 bit systems.
I don't know if it will be released to x64 anytime soon as that architechture is not used as much as x86 :err:

Hell no.

I was wondering if it is going to be a good idea to install Vista but a friend of mine with literally 2 times faster computer than anyone i know here in the city told me that he didn't like the way it was functioning and installed XP instead.

What do u think about that? Is he over reacting or it is true?

I personally don't like Vista. (not that Vista doesn't have any new, nice features)
Its slow, buggy, crappy...

I prefer XP much more. I suggest you go with XP. It's good enough - for now

10x for the fast reply

Then what is the point of vista? Will it be selling in the future or Microsoft will release a new operation system?

Well the point of Vista was to replace XP.
But Microsoft failed big time in doing that.

XP is much better as it is much lighter on your system.. It does lack some features that are in Vista, but its much better anyway.
There is really no point in switching to Vista. It doesn't bring any functions that users really should have.

I suggest you stick with XP and wait till Windows 7 (which is probably going to be a failure too :err:)

But in the end, its what you want. If you like and if you are happy with XP, don't switch.
But if you want a slower PC, with some nice eye candy, take Vista

If you want to uninstall a bricopack, you just need to go to Start>All Programs>Bricopacks>(Pack Name)>Uninstall :)
Or else you can also uninstall the pack from Add/Remove programs at the control panel
After uninstallation of the pack, your XP configurations will be restored!

And yes, Bricopack Vista Inspirat Ultimate 2 is compatible with XP sp3 :jap:
