I was making an edit to a picture in paint, to show something to someone.
I made the edits, chose to save the picture, and saved it as "Untitled" without the ""'s to my desktop.
A message box popped up saying that Paint encountered a problem while saving.
I thought nothing of it, and resaved as "Untitled2".
I then went to delete the file from my desktop:

But when I attempted to delete it I got an error box:

I have restarted, and I have attempted to hide it, change properties, but according to my computer it doesn't exist.
Is there any way I can delete this file, or remove the icon if it is just some kind of echo, or misprint?
EDIT:
I tried saving over the top of it and it seems to have done the trick... the icon isn't there anyway.
Sorry, that was a rather pointless topic...
Though out of interest, anyone know why Paint might have encountered a problem saving? It doesn't make much sense... it never has before, and if it was something else doing something on the desktop which led to a corrupted unsaved file, I would've expected paint to have waited until it could save
