not able to install the psd file for vista aero glass 3.....
does it require another software to install it ......i have adobe photoshop lightroom 2 installed on my pc
plz help

You can't install it.. Its just a resource (a PSD file)..
But you might want to try :ar: TrueTransparency.

You have to run it with Adobe Photoshop CS2.
Use Google for finding a tutorial.
